To ensure absolute weight accuracy and maximum worker safety, we utilize state-of-the-art automated packaging machinery. Once the calcium carbide passes through its designated channel into the brand-new steel drums, the automated machine precisely controls the weight. The moment it reaches exactly 50 kg or 100 kg, the loading system automatically stops.
Our skilled operators then seal the drums immediately and perform a critical safety step: injecting high-purity nitrogen gas into the sealed drums. This process completely displaces internal air and moisture, eliminating risks during long-distance maritime shipping. Once finalized, the finished drums are systematically organized in our massive warehouse, divided clearly into a dedicated 50kg drum zone and a 100kg drum zone, and further categorized by specific grain sizes for flawless tracking.
