When we buy the raw materials of the calcium carbide, we will test every batch of the gas yield, only the gas yield meet the standard, then can go into our work shop, to be broken, and screening to different sizes.

After screening the size, different sizes will go to different channel to load into different drums. We have 1-4mm channel, 4-7mm channel, 7-15mm channel, 15-25mm channel, 25-50mm channel, 50-80mm channel and 80-120mm channel. The 25-50mm and 50-80mm channels, we use most. As both sizes more popular in the market, and we will make more these sizes. They can be about 70% quantity of total quantity. We use the automated machine to control the quantity, once it is reach 50kg or 100kg, the loading machines will stop, then our worker move the fulled drums out, put new drums to load the calcium carbide again. The fulled drums, we will seal it first, then inject the nitrogen gas into the drums, to let the air ourside, and keep safe. After all, we will put the drums into the warehouse, one part is 50kg warehouse, the other part is 100kg warehouse. And in the warehouse, we will stock the calcium carbide based on the calcium carbide sizes difference.

As we are the calcium carbide producer, we make the production daily. So for normal calcium carbide, we always have it in stock. So sometimes, if you have urgent order, we can ship to you quickly. And do not worry the stock for long time, we ship out many quantity per day, the stock is all fresh one, near to 10 days earlier.
