Our product meets UN 1402 and Class 4.3 safety standards, ensuring safe handling during long time transportation and ocean situation.

Factory Specifications & Customization:
We are directly ISO-certified factory, and can accept third party inspection from SGS, BV, CIC etc. Our calcium carbide 100kg drum with a high quality gas yield of 295-305 L/KG. And for calcium carbide 100kg drum we usually export to Southeast Asia and Middle East. We support customization services based on your current orders. We can customize your logos, drum colors, and specific particle sizes (from 0-4mm to 80-120mm) to match your application needs.

Logistics & Packaging:
Our calcium carbide100kg drum are loaded by 20GP containers, always loading 225 drums (22.5MT) per container without pallets. If you need pallets, then totally ok for us. We usually use one layer pallets to load, 14 pallets totally, that will be 195 drums(19.5mt per 20GP). If you need 2 layers pallets or 3 layers pallets, all ok for us. 

Our calcium carbide 50kg drum are loaded by 20GP contianers also, and load 450 drums(22.5mt also) per contianer without pallets. If you need pallets, also ok. It will be 2 layers pallets, 20 pallets per contianer. It will  load 360 drums(18 mt) totally. 

If without pallets, can load more quantity, then can reduce the unit shipping cost. If with pallets, can be easy when discharge in the warehouse. You can choose it based on your real situation.
