If with pallets, we can do one layer pallet, two layers pallets and three layers pallets. It wil  load 195 drums per contianer, 19.5tons per 20GP with pallets. And the calcium carbide price per ton with pallets, will be $30 per ton higher than the calcium carbide price per ton without pallets. Even higher cost, some clients in Middle East, would like to load the containers with pallets, then they can discharge and stock in the warehouse more easy. And to other palces, like Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam etc, we usually load without pallets, then can save the cost of calcium carbide price per ton.

For our calcium carbide 50kg drum, the net weight is 50kg, and grosss weight is 53.5kg. We usually load 450 drums per container, it is 22.5 tons per 20GP without pallets. If with pallets, usually with two layers, 20 pallets, then it will be 360 drum totally, 18ton per 20GP. And for the calcium carbide, we export to Africa more quantity. The calcium carbide price per ton by 50kg drum, will be $30 higher than calcium carbide price per ton by 100kg drum.
